This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information that Sluice AI, Inc. (“Sluice,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) collects, uses, and discloses from individuals who use our website, including sluiceai.com, and our services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures described in this Privacy Policy. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

Waitlist If you sign up to our waitlist, to use our Services, we ask you for your email address.
Registration and Profile Information When you sign up for an account, register to use our Services, sign up for notifications or updates, or participate in our surveys, we ask you for your name, email, company name, and company title.
Conversations Our Services allow you to submit text, documents, or other materials to the Services (“Sluice Conversations”), which generate responses and documentation based on your Conversations (“Solutions”). If you include personal information in your Conversations, we will collect that information and this information may be reproduced in the Solutions.
Communications If you contact us directly and fill out surveys, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, title, company name, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
Careers If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education, employment experience, professional license number, and the information requested through our online application questions. You may also apply through LinkedIn, Indeed, or other third-party services. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn, Indeed, or other third-party services.
Payment and Billing Information If you make a purchase through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card, financial account information, and other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf. We will also ask you for your billing information, including your phone number, address, and tax ID or other government identifiers.

User Content When you use our Services, we receive the digital media content that you upload, including photos, videos, and voice recordings. (“User Content”).
